The past week of training has been new and different in many ways.  My runs have been a bit shorter, but I have been pushing myself to build strength in my legs and core.  Today was a GREAT workout.  Take a look at some of the pictures from this afternoon.

I hope the pictures give this hill the justice it deserves.  I started with sprinting the entire hill back and forth for 20 minutes.  Then, I split the distance in half to run up the hill, backwards and criss-cross, for 15 minutes.

I took a few minutes at the end, to catch my breath.

It’s an uphill battle out there.  Let’s go win it!
