I have now been running for 5 months.  I’ve dropped my resting heart rate from the 90’s to the 60’s and I’ve lost 23 pounds.  I feel like I have so much energy now and all of this has been possible because of  a lifestyle change that includes healthy eating and exercise.

Here I am about 5 months ago at my best friend's wedding.


Although losing weight was not my top priority, it makes running 3 to 4 times a week in cold weather much easier when I see such an awesome change in my body.  Hey, what woman doesn’t like it when she can look at herself in the mirror and say “Momma looks good!”
